Prices start at £45 for 6 months cover and £75 for 12 months cover. Policies can only be purchased
with a successful comprehensive reference check carried out by Austin Myer International Ltd.

Should the insured take out the 6 or 12 month policy and the tenant leave mid term then the policy will still be valid for the duration of the period of insurance should the landlord find a new tenant provided acceptable references have been obtained.
